4.1 Breaker

Hydraulic breaker

The SB breakers used on Husqvarna DXR´s have an outstanding power to weight ratio and are quick and easy to position. To get the most productivity and the least wear on the breaker and your robot, learn to work with the breaker in straight angles and basic work techniques for positioning and use of the arm.

The hydraulic breaker is a great universal tool for demolition. You can choose between different chisels depending on application.

The hydraulic breaker is designed for demolition by means of hewing. It is not designed for use as a crowbar. Continuous hewing with the hydraulic breaker can result in high temperatures in the hydraulic system.

Chiels

The Moil point is for hard material or concrete that requires higher breaking force.

The Cross is the most common chisel, can be used on concrete and normal applications.

If you encounter softer material or a larger area is needed, as the tiles. Then you need the Wide chisel.

4.2 Crusher

Powerful concrete crusher

Husqvarna concrete crushers are ideal for a variety of applications such as demolition of concrete and brick constructions, staircases, roofs as well as sensitive locations inside buildings where noise or vibrations are an issue and breaker can not be used. They are lightweight yet powerful and can both demolish 400mm walls.

To get the most productivity and the least wear on the crusher and your robot, learn basic work techniques to work with the crushers.

The crushers can also cut rebar and if you want to achieve a finer debris additional crusher pads are available as accessories.

4.3 Steel shearer

Steel shearer for demolition robots

The compact universal steel shearer DSS 200 is compatible with all DXR demolition robots. Thanks to its low weight and high shearing force it is ideal for work in confined spaces with a high requirement of shearing force. Furthermore it is useful in sensitive areas such as process industries, as well as demolition of structures, piping and process vessels. To use DSS 200 you need to install the extra hydraulic function (P1) on the robot giving you high precision 360 degree axial rotation control.

4.4 Drum cutter

DC 200 is a rotary drum cutter which fits all our demolition robots. It’s a highly productive tool for trenching, surface removal and profiling in rock, concrete and hard soil.

4.5 Grappler

Grappler increases demolition performance

The MG grapplers compatible with the DXR´s offers low operating weight with high gripping volume. Maximum loading performance and high gripping force help to increase the demolition performance as well. To use MG grapplers you need to install the extra hydraulic function (P1) on the robot giving you high precision 360 degree axial rotation control.

The MG grapplers feature grapple and wear parts made of carbon steel, and replacable blades.

4.6 Bucket

Bucket makes loading easy

The SMP buckets compatible with the DXR's offers great wear resistance with high load volume. They are an excellent complement to the DXR 250 with dozer blades that helps easy loading.

To maximise efficiency, learn basic work techniques like using the buckets facing both directions to move debris.
