The Blastrac BMG 2200RC is a heavy duty, ride-on floor grinding machine that is optimal for large horizontal surfaces and equipped with convenient remote control operation. The machine has two drive wheels fitted at the front and a swivel castor at the back that makes it easy to manoeuvre on and off jobsites. The operator sits in a comfortable seat with arm rests on both sides. Joysticks, push buttons and a touch screen offer effective and ergonomic operation. Each of the three powerful planetary grinding heads can be operated individually and deliver maximum coverage with effective distribution of grinding pressure on every head. Variable grinding speed, control of rotation direction and an independent suspension system are fitted as standard. The variable grinding pressure makes the BMG 2200RC a perfect match for every job. The machine features a powerful, integrated dust collecting system with HEPA 14 filters (which comply with OSHA regulations). This heavy duty system is equipped with an automatic pulse filter cleaning system, a Longopac® bagging system and a pre-separator is provided as standard.

Three grinding heads deliver maximum coverage and effectively distribute grinding pressure on every head, with each having three individual discs.
If the BMG 2200RC does not match your job requirements (weight, dimensions etc.), it is possible to remove the grinding heads and fit them onto a BMG 780 frame for greater flexibility with job sizes.
Each grinding head has an LED light and the machine has a rear camera for a clearer overview of the jobsite.
The touchscreen has an optimum viewing angle to provide important information such as amperage of the grinding heads, disc RPM, drive speed, grinding pressure, and filter status.
