Tools for surface preparation

SharX™

For fast and easy removal of dense surfaces on hard-troweled concrete floors. The metal bond ensures that the pads stay opened and sharp even on the hardest top layers. Compared to traditional grinding tools, SharX™ will get to the same level of aggregates exposure in less passes. Designed for use on Husqvarna's PG model series, together with the Redi Lock® system. With Redi Lock® you don’t need any equipment to change the diamond tools. Available with single and double segments.

As part of the Gold category, the SharX™ tool has been developed for intense professional use in specialist applications. Products from the Gold category provide maximum cutting speed and wear resistance in heavy grinding.

BHT

For creating a bush hammered profile perfect for high traction exterior surfaces. The tools can achieve a standard surface preparation profile equivalent to International Concrete Repair Institute’s (I.C.R.I.) Concrete Surface Profile (C.S.P.) standard of 6-7 using your Husqvarna grinder. The BHT tools have an extremely high stock removal capacity and can remove rigid or brittle coatings up to 10 mm in thickness. Can also be used to repair a failing cap on concrete or a slab that has been exposed to rain. Suitable for large floor grinders like PG 680 and PG 820. The BHT tools are available in 230 mm and 270 mm versions. The 270 mm version is available with three or six rolls.

ELITE-GRIND G 1400

The Elite-Grind G 1400 series is available in a number of bond hardnesses, for use on materials ranging from porous ceramic glues and soft and rain-damaged concrete to terrazzo and semi-polished concrete. These surface preparation tools are designed for use on Husqvarna’s PG model series. Segment shapes include single H and double H. With Redi Lock® you don’t need any equipment to change the diamond tools. With these products you only need three passes before you are ready to start polishing. Grit sizes from 20 to 100.

As part of the Gold category, the Elite-Grind G 1400 series has been developed for intense professional use in specialist applications. Products from the Gold category provide maximum cutting speed and wear resistance in heavy grinding.

VARI-GRIND G 600

The Vari-Grind series is available in a number of bond hardness, for use on materials ranging from porous ceramic glues and soft and rain-damaged concrete to very hard concrete. These surface preparation tools are designed for use on Husqvarna’s PG model series. Segment shapes include hexagonal and round. With Redi Lock® you don’t need any equipment to change the diamond tools. Grit sizes from 20 to 100.

As part of the Silver category, the Vari-Grind series has been developed for professional use in all-round applications. Products from the Silver category provide high cutting speed and wear resistance in all grinding.

CP 1200

The premium CP1200 series is a set of aggressive ceramic tools for dry grinding and polishing of concrete. In the tools, the diamonds are surrounded by an abrasive ceramic bond. This means the active tool area is increased, leaving an excellent scratch pattern.

The harder bond delivers high durability, for longer life in abrasive conditions.

Specified for our patented HIPERFLOOR® industrial method, these highly durable tools deliver reduced tooling cost per square foot.

The tools in this series are for use with Husqvarna’s PG model series.

HiperFlex

With its flexible backing system which follows the floor imperfections and reaches the low spots, the HiperFlex polishing pads evolves to perform more and demand less. The pads are easy to place on the plates.

The HiperFlex series is easier to use and gives better results compare to the P 1200 series. In other words, HiperFlex is a better product.
The HiperFlex pads are available in both dry and wet versions.
