A system designed to make your job more efficient

As a concrete cutting specialist you face new challenges every day, because every job is different. By using equipment that’s part of a well conceived system concept, you can take on a greater variety of jobs with the same equipment.

The Husqvarna system is a set-up of equipment and diamond tools that can be combined with each other to match any cutting application. For instance, when your Husqvarna wall sawing equipment needs to be supplemented with a handheld ring or chain power cutter for cutting in corners, all equipment can be driven by the same power pack.

A Husqvarna wall sawing system consists of saw unit, tracks with mounting brackets, saw blade, blade guard, power pack with wireless remote control, power cables and water hoses. Each component is designed for easy assembly in the system.

WSC 40

WSC 40 is a truly unique, wall saw chain attachment that converts your Husqvarna WS 482 HF and WS 440 HF wall saws from blade to chain sawing. Enables efficient and precise sawing of corners and small openings without overcutting. Installs easily on the spindle, and fits into the kerf without re-positioning the rail.

WS 482 HF is Husqvarna’s largest wall saw, and is a very powerful, flexible system for cutting concrete, brick and other building materials. With a 1600 mm W 1420 Diagrip™ blade, this system easily cuts through 730 mm thick, heavily reinforced concrete. In combination with our CS 10 wire saw fitted with a C 900 wire, there’s virtually no limit in saw depth.

This wall-and-wire sawing system is easy to assemble, run and transport which helps you increase your productivity. It suits both small and large jobs and can be used for all kinds of openings and sawing including stair, bevel and flush cutting. The water-cooled high-frequency electric motor delivers 19 kW on the spindle but weighs only 28.3 kg, resulting in excellent power-to-weight ratio.

A flexible wall-and-wire sawing system for most cutting jobs

Husqvarna WS 440 HF system

WS 440 HF is the mid-size wall saw from Husqvarna, capable of most cutting jobs in concrete, brick and other building materials. With a 1200 mm W 1410 Diagrip™ blade, this system cuts through 530 mm thick, heavily reinforced concrete. In combination with our CS 10 wire saw fitted with a C 900 wire, there’s virtually no limit in saw depth.

The water-cooled high-frequency electric motor delivers 13 kW on the spindle, so you can use this system for all kinds of openings and sawing including stair, bevel and flush cutting. The CS 10 wire saw enables dry cutting and the high-speed C 900 wires are designed for extreme applications.

A compact, convenient wall sawing system with great capacity

Husqvarna WS 220 system


The compact, convenient Husqvarna WS 220 system with PRIME™ technology is designed for quick and easy assembly. This makes it ideal for smaller and mid-size jobs, where for safety or ergonomics you shouldn’t use a handheld cutter. It’s even easy enough for an occasional operator to use.

But don’t underestimate it – with a 900 mm W 1405 Diagrip™ blade, this system handles any wall sawing job up to 395 mm thick reinforced concrete. Yet it fits on a convenient trolley, and thanks to the low total system weight you can transport it in a minivan. Use it with 1-phase power supply if 3-phase isn’t available at the site. Wall sawing really can be made easier!
