The Husqvarna logotype
The symbol being the Husqvarna logo is referring to our gunsmithing history. On this page you see the oldest form as the hallmark of a passed musket, symbolising the sight over the barrel. You see also the modern version indicating that Husqvarna is still keeping the future in sight.
Founded in 1689 in Sweden, Husqvarna has a very extensive product range with everything from professional machines to products for demanding consumers. When the company started we produced what were probably the finest muskets of the day. And it was then that we lay the foundation for the engineering expertise that has since helped us develop some of the world’s best products in areas such as hunting weapons, bicycles, motorcycles, kitchen appliances, sewing machines and outdoor products.
