EZ PREP SERIES

The PREP Series is part of the SUPERPREP series and consists of four different tools; PREP 0, PREP S1, PREP M1 and PREP H1.

PREP 0 is a versatile and aggressive tool for removal of coatings up to 2 mm, such as screed, paint, glue, epoxy. Works very well on both hard surfaces and abrasive uneven surfaces.

PREP S1, M1 and H1 are specially developed for levelling and removal of coatings up to 1 mm for resp soft and abrasive, medium and hard concrete.

T-REX SERIES

The T-REX series consists of tools Dome, Super, Classic and Rings.

Dome is developed for tough stripping such as removal of epoxy, glue or cementitious toppings thicker than 3 mm. The tool consists of one Poly Crystalline Diamond (PCD) segment and a PCD dome that join forces to generate a highly powerful floor preparation tool for thicker coatings.

Super is ideal for our bigger grinders that have ability to generate the power necessary to optimise their performance. These tools have power needed to remove coatings up to 3 mm.

For our smaller grinders Classic is a great option since fewer segments per tool means more weight and power into the floor.

The Rings are thanks to their design able to handle even more uneven surfaces, and they are also equipped with special canals for efficient removal of dust and heat, keeping the PCD's clean and high performing longer.

The protective segment on some of the tools are there for a prolonged life and a more controlled removal. All tools are available in both A and B versions.

RAVAGER SERIES

The RAVAGER series is specifically developed for creating a bush hammered surface or to expose large aggregate, but also for creating a bush hammered profile perfect for high traction exterior surfaces. The 180 mm version is suitable for our smaller grinders.

All tools have potential for high stock removal capacity and can remove rigid and brittle coatings.

EZ SMHXX SERIES

The SMHXX series consists of five different tool series where;

The S series is developed for grinding of soft and abrasive surfaces. Soft concrete, asphalt or other porous materials are often very abrasive and tools risk being worn out quickly if not chosen wisely.

The M series is an all-around tool for medium hard concrete, and in some cases also natural stone and terrazzo.

The H series has a specific diamond and bond specification developed to work efficiently for grinding of medium hard to hard concrete, whereas the X tools is developed for rough grinding of extremely hard concrete. Grinding extremely hard concrete can provide challenges and this series is perfect for those tricky situations.

The XX series has a special bond and design developed for grinding extremely hard concrete when the X-series isn’t up to the task.

TOOL RINGS

The tool rings are suitable for our smaller grinders since fewer segments per tool means more weight and power into the floor.

SF SERIES

The SF series is our most advanced concrete polishing tool. The premium resin technology combined with an optimised flexible design ensure excellent cutting ability, outstanding durability and the best polishing performances. It is compatible with the EZchange CLICK attachment system for hassle-free tool changes.

EZ SP SERIES

The SP series is a high-performance concrete polishing tool that performs on all types of concrete. It is compatible with our EZchange attachment system.

EZ DIAMOND BLOCK SERIES

The DB series is designed for demanding applications requiring high temperature resistance. Thanks to its big size it also leaves a uniform scratch pattern. It is compatible with our EZchange attachment system.

EDGE GRINDING SERIES

SM EDGE and HX EDGE series are metal bond diamond cup wheels for grinding of soft to medium respecitve medium to hard concrete using handheld machines. When grinding edges, follow the same steps as for the rest of the floor. The tools for edges mirror the logic and performance of the planetary tool series.

SPECIAL APPLICATION EDGE SERIES

The DT EDGE series have great scratch removal ability which enables you to move safely between metal and resin tooling. This series works well on all types of concrete, which it is essential for the contractor to remove scratches from the initial metal bond grinding steps.

Diamond Fenix Edge (DF EDGE) is perfect for grinding and polishing of concrete and cementitious toppings such as overlays or screed. Thanks to its flexible pads it is also a good problem solver in case of minor low spots when grinding and polishing concrete.

EDGE POLISHING SERIES

The SP EDGE series is a high-performance concrete polishing tool that performs on all types of concrete. When grinding edges, follow the same steps as for the rest of the floor. The tools for edges mirror the logic and performance of the planetary tool series.

EDGE PREPARATION SERIES

As the other T-REX tools, the T-REX EDGE is specifically developed for extreme coating removal and floor preparation. The tool has an extremely high removal capacity and can remove even thick coatings such as epoxy acrylic, paint and residues of glue and screed. Whereas the PREP 0 EDGE is an aggressive metal cup wheel for removal of coatings up to 2 mm, such as screed, paint, glue, epoxy. Works very well on both hard surfaces and abrasive uneven surfaces.

EZ SL SERIES

The SL wood series is a single layer diamond tool specifically developed for efficient initial grinding of wood. The tools work excellent on both indoor wooden floors and on outdoor wooden terraces. The SL wood series is perfect for leveling uneven floors and removing scratches, paint, oil and lacquer.

SGW SERIES

The SGW series is specifically developed for efficient wet grinding of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo, limestone and granite, while also efficient when it comes to wet grinding of uneven placed floor tiles. This series has high removal capacity.

DIAMOND XPRESS SERIES

Diamond Xpress (DX) is a grinding system specifically developed for dry-processing of natural stone such as marble, terrazzo and limestone. The specific formula and design makes it also a very good polishing tool for hard concrete floors.
