2.1 Veiligheidskleding

Van top tot teen correct gekleed

Hoewel we actief werken aan het nog veiliger maken van onze machines, is het altijd belangrijk om de juiste kleding te dragen tijdens het werk met een doorslijpmachine. Deze uitrusting bevelen wij aan:

2.2 Transport en opslag

Verleng de levensduur van uw uitrusting

Het juiste transport en de juiste opslag van uw machines, brandstof en bladen minimaliseert het risico op ongelukken. Maar nog belangrijker: uw machines blijven langer in een goede conditie.

2.3 Uw blad kiezen

Marmer

Welk blad moet u kiezen?

De advieskaart op de verpakking vertelt u voor welke toepassingen het blad geschikt is. Kies nooit een blad dat niet voor uw doorslijpmachine wordt geadviseerd. En gebruik geen blad met een vermelde maximumsnelheid die lager is dan die van uw machine. Nat en droog zagen vereisen verschillende soorten bladen. Verzeker u ervan dat u het juiste blad kiest voor uw project.

2.4 Blad controleren en monteren

Dit is de juiste manier om een blad zo te monteren dat het correct werkt als u begint met zagen. Bekijk de video rechts of lees onderstaande instructies.

Before you start, make sure that the stop button is in the STOP position.
Check the spindle and flange washers and change parts that are warped, notched or indented.
Check the arrow on the blade to make sure that the diamond blade will rotate in the right direction when mounted on the machine.
If there's no rotation arrow, check the direction of the tails attached to the diamonds found on each segment. The tails should follow the diamonds when the blade rotates. Ensure that the blade has a step/edge between the blade core and the segments.
Use an arbour bushing with the right dimension to the centre hole in the blade. The power cutters K 760 and K 970 have a reversible arbour bushing that fits both a 20 mm and a 25.4 mm centre hole.
Place the blade on the bushing between the inner and outer flange washers.
Tighten the bolt holding the blade. Tightening torque is 25 Nm.
Finally, pull the blade guard forward and backward check that it’s working properly.

2.5 Benzine en olie

Haal alles uit uw doorslijpmachine

De juiste benzine en motorolie voor uw machine zorgen ervoor dat u langer efficiënt kunt werken. Dit betekent ook minder slijtage aan de motor

2.6 Benzine mengen

1a. Gebruik altijd een schoon reservoir.

1b. Vul deze tot de helft met benzine.

2a. Giet alle motorolie erin.

2b. Schud de jerrycan goed om de benzine en olie te mengen.

3a. Vul de houder met benzine.

3b. Schud opnieuw grondig. Nu bent u klaar om uw doorslijpmachine bij te vullen met brandstof.

De juiste benzine-olieverhouding is 1:50 (2% Husqvarna-olie of equivalent). Onze vulflessen bevatten 10 cl olie op 5 liter benzine.

2.7 Tanken

Hier volgen enkele basistips voor het tanken om snel en veilig aan de slag te gaan. Bekijk de video rechts of lees onderstaande instructies.

If you've just used the machine, let the engine cool down for a few minutes.
Keep a safe distance of at least three metres from the working area.
Lay the machine down on its side and open the fuel tank cap.
Use a container with a spout to avoid spilling fuel.
Tighten the fuel cap on the power cutter (and also on the container, if the spout is removed).
Wipe off any fuel that has spilled on the machine or on the ground. If you've got fuel on your clothes – change them.

2.8 Vermogen en generatoren

Om maximaal vermogen uit een elektrische doorslijpmachine te halen, is het essentieel om de juiste voeding te gebruiken.
